Crackle Polish!

Whatever you want to call it whether its crackle polish or shatter polish Sally Hansen, OPI and China Glaze aren't the only ones that have it! Those are brands that are known everywhere and that seemed to be more accessable to everyone but there are still other brands. I have seen this brand online while I was searching for inexpensive crackle polish! Every where I went online they were sold out! But last week I was just checking out the stores near me, since I recently moved back home, I went to a store called Amuze! They have a lot of accesories from hang bags to jewlery to make up and of course nail polish! While I was walking through the store deciding if I wanted to get some nail polish, which I didn't! I saw Mia Secret! As far as I know this is the only nail polish in the U.S that has a vairety of colors for longer than china glaze and OPI! I think they have been out with this crackle polish longer than those to great brands.

Now I am not sure if you will be able to see but the nail polishes were already seperating not that its a bad thing but not very attractive! Lol that's just me but other than that I wanna say that they were no more than 5 bucks! Which take into consideration is cheap for a crackle/ shatter polish because they are running retail 7 bucks or more like the OPI shatter runs 8.50 just like all of their polishes. But some of OPI shatter polishes are being sold as sets with another polish which could be great if you like both of the colors or not so much if you don't like the other color. That's just mine opinion! And this brand has an orange, and green which the others don't! So if you live in the Ventura County Area you might want to go see if you can grab a couple of those! The store is located in the Rose Shopping Center!

Whats new at Ulta!

While I was at ulta the other day I saw that they had just gotten in the new China Glaze Collection as well as the last two zoya collections! I haven't tried Zoya myself personally but I have heard some good things about it. I might have to cave one of these days and get one or two or five! Lol you know mw I am addicted! But I shall try to control myself! As far as China Glaze goes I love the stuff! Its one of the brands that I love so much! Although I don't have a lot of them I do like them. Its just they run up there in price that's the only thing. When I do get them I tend to get them online. I have never paid full retail price for China Glaze so far, and I won't lol. The only one that I have paid full retail price for has been OPI and that's recently bc of the new Pirates of the Carribean: Out on sea for the shatter and the Skulls & Glossbones, but that's its. For Sinful Colors I believe those retail $2.50 but I have gotten all mine at $1.99 or less!

But anyways back to Zoya and China Glaze if you are looking for those collections then they have arrived at you local Ulta! If not then they should be in this week!

Who the Shrek are You on Crack!

Haha so I wanted to try something new! I have the mini Shrek Collection set and I have worn the Who the shrek are you? before and I just loved it! So I decided to make it more interesting with adding a layer of China Glaze Crakle Glaze in Black Mesh! It came out great? I loved it! Although because its small I find it hard for it to be opaque so I had to apply two coats of the green.

The crackle polish is so new that it grabs peoples attention. I've gotten so many questions and compliments. This just makes me have justification for having all of my nail polishes lol.

Thanks for looking!

Spring Bling!

Back in January I had a friend of mine come down from Oakland, CA. She wanted to get a mani Peti done at a nail salon. So she asked me to go with and while I was there I gave in. I got one too! HAHA! I choose a color and I loved it just in the bottle so I got my phone out went into to Gmail to compose an email and wrote down the name! I got my nail done and I just loved it. For my toes I went with a darker color that I have which is by Sinful Colors I took it in myself because I just Nail Beauty 4U. Can I say the item arrived in about a week which was fine with me I paid around $9 with shipping. I was so happy when I got it that I went right into doing my nails that night and here is what I came up with!

As you can see one my right hand I did an accent design on my middle finger and on my left hand I did it on my ring finger! I was daring what can I say ;)

What did I use?

Fault Line Crackle Glaze

Fault Line Crackle Glaze

Ive been experimenting alot with the China Glaze Crackle Glaze. Especially with the purple one. In order for it to crack you need to apply thin coat. Otherwise it wont crack as much.
What I used!
I've been getting alot into nail polish so I think Im going to start posting some past mani's that I have done. Im not a pro Im just learning and trying new things. Feel free to comment. I'm new to all of this.
Enjoy!

Black and Yellow!

Black and yellow, black and yellow, Everything I do I do it big!!!
This song is playing everywhere. In the club in the radio. Its a hit everyone has heard at some point and time.

So I was inspired! LOL I got so many compliments! Some people just loved the affect of the crackle polish. Some people think that its one nail polish that does that! Can I say that if it there was a nail polish like that I would buy it. I wrote it out to the mall and one of the kiosk that sells cell phone covers the girl that was showing us the covers got a glimpe of them and she though it was giraffe print. I actually started thinking if there was a crackle polish that instead of the crackling effect it actually went int shape. I dont know if Im making any sense but lets see if I can put everything into words. you put your base color and you put the crackle polish put instead of cracking it just makes leopard spots or zebra stripes or giraffe print. I think that would be AMAZING! LOL I would by them it would take the hassle of doing the prints your self with nail art brush, right? Any ways heres how my BLACK & YELLOW inspired nails came out!
